Returns & Exchanges
All returns should be posted back at the customers' expense, quoting your order number to the following address:

We strongly advise using a trackable method of postage from your local post office, any returns without a tracking number that are not received are not eligible for refund.
International customers must declare their package as BRITISH RETURNS for customs.
Customers have 14 days from date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. Items should be returned unused and with all Myla labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Briefs and Swimwear should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns received outside of our 14 day return period will be refused for refund and returned to the customer. Returns will also not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled and will be sent back to the customer.
We do not offer exchanges during SALE periods.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 28 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, then please contact our Customer Services team and we will try to help where we can.
