Myla offer a 100% guarantee that any product you are not perfectly happy with you may return within 14 days of receipt. We will be delighted to offer you a refund or an exchange on your purchase provided the product is unworn, in perfect condition, and any seals attached to the product packaging remain unbroken.

Myla seal all items that we feel require protection for hygiene reasons in a clear bag. This will be sealed and have clear instructions explaining that once broken the product is non-returnable. This seal is designed to ensure our product remains unworn so that you can feel totally assured that every product you purchase will be brand new.

All Myla products come with care instructions to help you keep them in pristine condition for as long as possible. We do not refund any goods that have been machine washed, and for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pearl g-strings or vibrating toys, except in cases of faulty merchandise.

Before returning faulty toys, please check them once they are unplugged from their adaptors, as they will not function if still connected to their adaptors. Customers who return toys in working conditon will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.

Please note that all Myla toys have a limited warranty of three months.

How to Return Myla Goods

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases, but there may be occasions when you feel it is necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple as possible.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, then simply return them in their original packaging within 14 days of dispatch and we will give you a full refund or replace the item.

Just fill in the reverse side of the invoice that came with your goods, including details of :
- the product you are returning
- the reason you are returning it (you’ll find the relevant reason codes on the form)
- and mark clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange
- If you do require a replacement please include the necessary details (a charge will be incurred for any re-despatch)

We will return postage costs only on occasions when the goods are faulty.

Please allow 2-3 working days for your return to reach us. Our lovely staff will process you return as quickly as possible and we aim to have any exchanged goods with you in 5 working days.

Please note the above process must be followed to ensure a refund is actioned.
