The Design | Sphere is inspired by nature - efficient, effective and beautiful . |
The Designer | Rachel is based in London and set-up Loop.ph with Mathias Gmachl to create and develop new reactive surfaces and structures. Her work has been exhibited internationally with British Council and she recently exhibited in the Design Museum and the V & A Museum in London. |
The Inspiration | For Rachel, design is the ability to learn from efficient systems in nature to improve living. "I try to capture the dynamic, rich display of botanical life into everyday surfaces and have been inspired by the flowering and growth of plants. |
The Vibe | Smooth and strong. |
The Buzz | Think two bumble bees, talking, and occasionally getting quite excited ... |
What’s the Point? | Because of it's circular shape, Sphere emits the same strength vibrations over all of its surface, so every which way, you can be sure of good vibrations. |

The Designer | Scott Henderson is Principal of Scott Henderson Inc in New York City, where he designs objects for some of the world’s leading corporations. He is also Co-Founder of the design collective, MINT. Listed as the inventor on over 50 patents in the US and Europe, his work has been recognized in exhibitions, award programs and in the press world-wide. |
The Inspiration | Scott’s philosophy is “if something makes you smile it becomes easier to use”. His work has always centred on bringing happiness to people through the smaller things in life. |

The Inspiration | With Bone, Tom set out to create the finest vibrator ever made. The ergonomic shape of bone was inspired by ancient fertility symbols |

Mojo by Marc Newson

The Designer | Australian born, Marc is one of the most accomplished & influential designers of his generation. He has worked across a wide range of design disciplines to create designs for clients such as Alessi, Cappellini, Flos, Shiseido & Apple Computers. Marc has his own design company, Marc Newson, based in Paris |
The Inspiration | “Diversity makes me happy. I see nothing strange in designing everything from a private jet to a sex toy, there are obvious technical differences but the main difference is one of scale. My best ideas always happen at strange moments . . .” |
The Vibe | Good if you are very sensitive as it’s made of soft silicon and has less intense vibrations than the other toys |
