Delivery & Payment Information

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt, subject to order confirmation and credit card authorisation.

Any order received Monday to Friday after 12pm will be despatched the following day. Orders received over weekends will be despatched on Monday.

UK Mainland Delivery
Deliveries within mainland UK are sent via registered post or Parcelforce. Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery – we want to make sure your purchases get to the right person.

Alternative Delivery Address
You can opt to have your purchases delivered to an address other than the payment card billing address. Simply click "Add New Address" at the Delivery stage of Checkout and then select your alternative address.

Non-UK Mainland Deliveries
International orders are generally delivered within 3 to 4 days when all goods are in stock, but may be subject to delays in customs.

We use UPS, Fedex and Parcelforce to deliver our overseas orders and all deliveries need to be signed for. Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. We do, however, exclude UK taxes (currently at 17.5%), from all non-UK purchases.

You are also responsible for ensuring your purchases adhere to any import laws within your own country. This is particularly relevant to any products of an adult nature.

Please also note: we do not deliver to Thailand, Mexico, Indonesia, Romania, Nigeria, Vietnam, or Russia.

Split Deliveries
Our primary aim is to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Sometimes you may order something that is not immediately available. When this happens you will receive written confirmation of your order and an expected delivery date.

Methods of Payment
We accept the following credit and debit cards:

- American Express
- MasterCard
- Visa
- Switch
- Delta/Connect

Payment will not be deducted from your account until the item has been despatched.

If your order has been split due to different availability dates then payment will be debited when each separate item is despatched.

The total cost of your order includes the price of the item(s) selected, delivery and tax. If the price of any good increases after you have placed your order, but before despatch and debiting you credit or debit card, the original price as seen at the time of ordering will be honoured.

Taxes
All prices quoted on the Myla website are quoted in UK sterling, and where appropriate are inclusive of UK tax (VAT).

Security Information
We use the latest encryption technology to ensure we offer the most secure credit card transaction facility available. This is industry standard protocol. As required by UK Data Protection Acts, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information. Your details are not held on the internet and all information is transferred to our secure mail order processing server.

In the unlikely event of any fraudulent activity we guarantee we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss, and your credit card company are obliged to take responsibility for the remainder amount.
