Sales Associates

Be part of a fast paced department store environment serving International clientele. We offer flexible working hours within a large team structure.
Boutiques – Bond Street, Nottinghill, Walton Street, Kings Road, Canary Wharf, Bicester Village, Kildare Village, Madison Ave (USA) [Ref. 002]
Enter the more intimate atmosphere of one of our varied boutique locations, where you will find small teams of dedicated customer service professionals.
Join us on a 3 month probation to gain product knowledge on the Myla collections, to understand our culture and operational guidelines. Progress to a permanent contract with an immediate salary increase of £500 reviewed
6 monthly, to the top sales earning potential.
Starting salaries £14,000 (£7.13 p hr) to £15,500 (£7.94 p hr)
All members of the sales teams are included in the sales bonus and personal rewards scheme.
Temporary Staff
We are often seeking sales associates and other retail professionals for key periods in our calendar as well as fulfilling the needs of our rapid expansion. We are able offer temporary contracts of 1-2 months maximum vacancy cover, and a 9-12 month maternity cover. [Ref. 003]
Depending on the position we have hourly rates of £8 p hr and upwards.
Management Positions
Myla operates various management roles throughout the retail portfolio including:
- Boutique Managers, [Ref. 004]
- Sales Managers, (sales and personnel led.) [Ref. 005]
- Operations Managers, (merchandise and VM focused.) [Ref. 006]
- Assistant Managers, (deputising roles.) [Ref. 007]
- Supervisors, (key holding and end of day responsibilities.) [Ref. 008]
Salaries vary according to position, location and your experience. All roles have potential to increase earnings through personal KPIs, and are included in the monthly sales bonus.
Retail Operations Assistant
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious Retail office assistant. You will be working in a vibrant fast paced environment therefore excellent communication skills, professional telephone manner and IT literacy are essential requirements.
You will need to work alongside the Design, Marketing and Finance divisions and be able to co-ordinate all office meetings.
