Web Returns Policy:

Myla will offer an exchange or refund on all lingerie, accessories and swimwear if you are not perfectly happy within 14 days of receipt of purchase for UK orders and 20 days for orders outside the UK, provided the items are returned unworn, in perfect condition and any seals attached to the product packaging remain unbroken.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pearl g-strings, cleavage enhancers or nipple tassels, unless they are faulty and within the warranty of three months of the date of purchase.

UK customers:
You are liable for the cost of returning items; if you wish to return any items from your order please return it to us via Royal Mail, making sure that you obtain a receipt as proof of postage as you are liable for any loss. If you exchange for alternative items, Myla will pay for the dispatch of your replacement order.

Overseas customers:
You are liable for the cost of returning items, customs charges or duty fees. If you exchange for alternative items, Myla will pay for the dispatch of your replacement order.

Please note: the above refers to web and mail order purchases only. We regret that such orders cannot be returned to any of our boutiques or concessions.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
