Web Returns Policy:

Myla will offer an exchange or refund on all lingerie, accessories and swimwear if you are not perfectly happy within 14 days of receipt of purchase for UK orders and 20 days for orders outside the UK, provided the items are returned unworn, in perfect condition, and any seals attached to the product packaging remain unbroken.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any vibrating toys, pearl g-strings, cleavage enhancers, nipple tassels or personal care products, unless they are faulty and within the warranty of three months of the date of purchase.

All Myla products come with care instructions to help you keep them in pristine condition for as long as possible. Please refer to these to ensure your Myla items look fabulous for as long as possible.

Please note: the above refers to web and mail order purchases only.  We regret that such orders cannot be returned to any of our boutiques or concessions.
