Customer Services Assistant
We are currently looking for a Customer Services Assistant to join our team on a fixed term contract for 9 months. You will support the Ecommerce team by providing email and telephone support to customers, processing customer orders, payments and refunds, running reports and delivering a high quality customer service for the team. You will also be required to follow up on queries in stock and delivery relating to customers’ orders.We are looking for someone with outstanding communication and organisational skills. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to be confident and respectful to customer responses over the telephone and you show a strong interest in fashion. Previous customer services experience is preferred but not essential.
Operations & Logistics Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations & Logistics Manager to join our team at the House of Myla. You will oversee the day to day running of the warehouse, including the management of all inbound and outbound stock. You will also be the main point of contact for all facilities and IT related queries and issues across the whole Myla estate. We are looking for applicants who have proven experience working in logistics, facilities and IT. You must be highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to work under pressure, prioritising as appropriate. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to build good, lasting relationships with internal and external clients and colleagues alike. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills are essential for this role and you must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
