Receptionist

We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our team at the House of Myla in Mayfair, London. You will support Myla and its Front of House function by meeting & greeting visitors; handling and directing all queries, calls and mail; managing the exquisite front of house area, organising and preparing all meeting rooms, liaising with officers suppliers and couriers, booking corporate travel and providing general administrative support. As the ‘face’ and ‘voice’ of this luxury brand the ideal candidate will be extremely polished in presentation and maintain the utmost professionalism and discretion at all times. You will be warm, welcoming and always willing to help. You will also demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, possess impressive verbal and written communication abilities, have outstanding organisational skills and be able to remain calm and efficient in busy environments. It is essential that candidates have demonstrable experience in a receptionist, administrative or client-facing role, preferably in fashion or a luxury brand. Working hours are between 08.30 am – 18:30 pm and proficiency in Microsoft’s suite of programmes is also essential.
